Ray Lënard Brown
Writer/Director Producer

Ray Lenard Brown's passion for storytelling ignited at the tender age of 11 when he fell in love with film and began crafting short stories. Since then, his literary and cinematic journey has flourished.  He has published three novels: the adventurous "The Quest, Book One: Dunumos,"  and his first children’s novel entitled “Kidtropolis” which was released (by Spectacle Publishing) in 2013.

In 2018, Ray brought to life his passion project, the award-winning short film "83 Days." This poignant film is based on the true and tragic story of the 1944 execution of 14-year-old George Stinney Junior in South Carolina, and it has garnered critical acclaim for its powerful narrative.

Ray's academic achievements are just as impressive. A graduate of Full Sail University, he earned both a Bachelor's in Business and a Master's in Creative Writing, blending his business acumen with his creative genius.  As a Professor of Creative Writing at Georgia State University and Liberty University,  Ray dedicates himself to inspiring the next generation of storytellers.

In January 2012, Ray founded Pleroma Media Group, an independent motion picture production company with a mission to create films that not only entertain but also evoke deep emotions and transport audiences on unforgettable journeys. Ray envisions each film as "an adventure so fantastic that viewers feel compelled to share their experience and invite others to join the ride."
